Rental Qualification Statement

Welcome to The Elite Advantage LLC tenant qualification process. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent leasing experience for both applicants and property owners. Please carefully review the following criteria before completing your rental application. We'll be able to process your application efficiently and secure a home that fits your needs.

  • Evictions or unpaid utility bills in the past 5 years will be reviewed.
  • Credit histories with bankruptcies, collections, or slow payment may require a higher security deposit.
  • Valid ID required (State/Driver’s license, Resident Alien card, Work Visa, or Passport).
  • All adults (18+) must sign the lease agreement.
  • Verification of employment is mandatory.
  • No pets. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets.
  • References will be checked; past landlord references requested.
  • Monthly income must be at least 2–2.5× the monthly rent.
  • Security deposit equals first month’s rent, payable before move-in.
